"Clean room, great location, not very responsive staff. We asked the pullout be to be made up and they did not do that. Also asked for extra pillows for the pullout bed, was told after two calls that they were out of extra pillows. "

"Rooms were not clean. Changed from first room due to foul odor. Second room with multiple pieces of long hair on the fitted sheet of a double bed. Same hair found in folded towels in Bathroom. Same hair found on sink counter. Took hours for someone to clean same room and bring new towels. Bed linen appeared to be changed. Towels not changed. Had to make second request after arriving back to room in the evening after a conference event. Bar was adequate with friendly staff. No hair dryer, ironing board in room. Closet too small to hang clothes due to safe and refrigerator. Foul odor left in room once cleaned after second night causing me to open window to fumigate. I would not recommend. "
