"The room was great, property was quiet, live band was great. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. The western food at the restaurant was good, we had the lobster special. The local food wasnt up to our expectation. Could do better. The waiters need to be better trained as some of them didnt seem to know what was available or not. Eg. We wanted freshly brewed coffee and tea, but was told it was not available. Later we found out that it was available at an additional cost. Regardless, the waiters tried their best and were very polite. Appreciate the service from all staff. "

"Typical authentic Malaysian hospitality from check-in to check-out. Malaysians are one of the most authentically hospitable, warm, and friendly people in the world. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was so helpful and attentive despite being extremely busy and so willing to help. Lily at check-in was so welcoming as were the other ladies. In the words of the Terminator ... "we'll be back". :-)"

"I have nothing to complain about the hotel stay recently during April 2024. The staff are so polite and helpful, food was so good at the breakfast area and room was very clean and spotless. Bed is firm and with pillows that came in soft and firm. Swimming pool was a bit small but it was clean. "
