"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"The entire establishment, in addition to offering a golf course, offers an extensive array of family activities. Our children enjoyed the fun pool, 1 of three offered (bunker and lap pool for other two) which conveniently had a Subway right at the area. Most convenient was the Fair Price market located downstairs where the shuttle was located which took us to the subway terminal (plenty of Hawker centers nearby and mall when you get off). "Resort has an impressive pool that suits adults and children. Private beach area on Siloso Beach. Next to Siloso Fort the historic coastal fort. Restaurants onsite are excellent with a nearby Italian Restaurant as well.,Free shuttle to nearby attractions on the island. "
