"Courteous and respectful staff stood out. Breakfast at Taste was great, lot of choices. Property is well located, close to MRT stations and bus stops, nice area with a vibrant university students population. Room was small but comfortable and had all what I needed for a short stay. Following modern trends, have hardly any closet space. Elevators have a "15 person capacity" sign but I see no way that could happen 😂 El personal, amable y respetuoso, fue excepcional. El desayuno en Taste fue estupendo, con mucha variedad. El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de estaciones de metro y paradas de autobús, en una zona agradable con una animada población estudiantil universitaria. La habitación era pequeña pero cómoda y tenía todo lo que necesitaba para una estancia corta. Siguiendo las tendencias modernas, apenas tiene espacio de armario. Los ascensores tienen un cartel que indica una capacidad para 15 personas, pero no veo la manera de que eso sea posible 😂"

"Superb staff, the concierge, Rizwan and Sarwes were excellent. Chong, the front desk manager (he is a manager , I am not sure if that is the correct area that he manages) is superb, he just joined you from Millenium. He is very friendly. Chun Wei and Shaminah at the front desk are very very good too. Rose in housekeeping is really friendly, helpful too. She kept our room very clean. Siba, the doorman is very nice and helpful too. Thank you! A great hotel, tops in Singapore."

"The staff was the best part of our stay at Andaz Singapore. At every step there was someone helping us, greeting us, and giving us tips around the hotel or the city. Gabby who helped us check in was so helpful and warm. We are so happy we chose Andaz for our trip. The location is so convenient too, close to everything, from public transit to shopping to food. The room was very clean too with fantastic views of the Singapore Strait and Marina Bay. I also love the elegant Byredo toiletries."
