Definitivamente volveremos ."

"The hotel excellent stayed a few times when i fly to can cun . from uk or villhermosa"

"Workers and servers were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Buffet could use some work. Recycles a lot if it’s food throughout the week. Wish it had more variety. Also this resort only offers 3 restaurants that require special booking, and 1 of them is adults only. So I was unable to try it bc I had my toddler. AC in our room was a hit or miss. It was out for half our stay. Overall it’s a nice resort."

"The hotel is under construction since 8:30 of the morning you could hear the hammer and the construction crew going on for 9 hours straight. Even one of the pools was closed. I stayed for 5 days and only had the same food ."

"Was great service and good food, will do it again"

"We loved our room.. however if you need a party resort.. this is not it. There’s really nothing to do"

"nice trip"

"I absolutely loved it here. First time all inclusive solo trip & I’m definitely coming back. I would ask for one of the rooms with a balcony. Just gorgeous. The only thing I could nit pick is the MVP bar closes at 11. Would have been nice to have it open a little later since it had the music."
