With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer training program for hotel staff please. Definitely not coming back. Pay money and not getting equivalent respect.
