"As I checked in the front desk told me I had received a free room upgrade. I asked what that meant and the person said a pool side room (the pool is closed for the winter). I originally booked a standard king size bed room.The room I received was not an upgrade. The shower had no curtain and the shower head was permanently fixed a waist height and sprayed water across the bathroom. The patio was unusable and blocked by a metal ramp. It was a dark room vs the usual room with an actual usual balcony. Don’t stay in room 205 - if they tell you it is an upgrade, it’s a scam."

"The skier express was not working for the majority of our stay. We did not receive an invoice prior to leaving the property because the system was down. I still have not received an invoice despite two phone calls. We stayed in the Plaza building. There were times during our stay that only one elevator was working. Generally, staff were pleasant. There were problems with facility maintenance. "

"The front desk lady seems wasn’t that happy for her position to work there. Literally no welcome or anything no little chit-chat while doing the check in or so she’s just look like AI or better yet the AI much better. Didn’t even explain the garage key or any activity like a voucher or something and that’s very unsettling. Somehow the hotel room was great!!!! "
