"This was an amazing stay. The room was immaculate and clean. All amenities were in perfect working order. The food was top tier. The bus stop was right next to the building. I highly recommend checking it out if you plan on visiting Hakone."

"The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel is a bit older, everything is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and give support very quickly. The buffet restaurant is excellent with a very large selection of food and desserts. The staff also take care of used plates vert quickly. There also is a a very nice view of Mt Fuji from their garden."

"The property is a little run down but clean. The staff was rude when we were trying to check in. My husband and kids were behind me checking in and were told they couldn’t be there and shooed them away and then when my family moved down the hallway to wait me for me they came and asked them to move again. But no recommendation of where we would wait."

"静岡方面に用事があったので久々に一泊しました。 開業した頃に何度か利用しましたが、相変わらず客室は非常に清潔感があり、ガラス類に曇り汚れの類は一切なく、とてもさわやかに過ごせました。 何より、最上階の風呂が秀逸で、特に三島駅を通る電車を眺められる露天風呂は時の流れを忘れてしまうくらい楽しいです。 また三島の水道水は富士山の湧水なので、温泉ではないですが水風呂、お風呂にとても水の質が良いです。 ここのトピックはやはり朝食で、焼き魚は油のノリも良くとても満足できるものであります。個人的には、わさびが美味しいので是非ねこまんまを食べて頂ければと思います。"

"新しいホテルということもあり、とても綺麗で部屋や屋上からの眺めが良かったです。 また、食事のビュッフェを美味しくいただき、温泉を満喫できてとても癒されました。 ホテルの周辺や熱海駅近くの商店街には沢山のお店があり、食べ歩きなどで満喫できました。"

"安定のルートインでした。 最近はファミリー層の旅行もルートインご利用のご家族が増えているようです。こちらは特に多いようです。 そうなると、こちらの女性のお風呂は残念ながら狭い… お風呂を広くして下さいとは言いませんが、ビジネスホテルで朝食付き、大浴場ありで重宝しているという事は小さな子供連れのご家族の利用も増えるはずですね。なので、大浴場はもう少し広いとありがたいですね。"

"The hotel is excellent. But there are a few things we really did not like. If you try to call the reception, they hardly can speak English, always sorry, only Japanese. Then we lost our bag in the bus and asked the hotel after checkout to help us claim the bag, they just send us a phone number for the bus station, I could look this up myself. And I even tried to call the bus station, but they only speak Japanese, that’s why I have ask the hotel to help us. Luckily our next hotel in Sapporo...

"The hotel was relaxing, onsen was amazing, dinner was a limited menu but good. The secenery was stunning. The staff were hard to find at times, overall I would definitely come back."

"The room was decorated very nicely with quite a decent amount of space. They would give free soba noodles from 9:30-11:00pm and free drinks,soda and coffee. The onsen was very crowded with people. You could get complimentary ice cream at night and Yakut in the morning. Also, parking was relatively limited"

Fuji View" which I suspected would be barely visible or largely obstructed in some manner (thank you trauma from other misleading hotels!) BUT this hotel absolutely blew me away with the view we got.
