Hotels near Airport Bowl

"Room clean. Staff mostly ok. Lady at breakfast check in need a reality check. Rude to say the least. Self check in is crap. Wants a booking code i didn’t have. The hotel. Com reservation number isnt what they want. So staff had to look it up any way....so whats the point. From there time lag on the computer was extremely annoying after a 14 hours of traveling. Not feeling it. An alarm going of in my room at 4 am was just icing on the cake. Moved to another room to try sleeping some more with staff telling us room service would be instructed not to enter either room till gone past check out. Guess what room service walks straight in to next room at 7.15 am without informing or knocking... so not impressed really not impressed. Wrecked any other sleeping plans we had "

"To be an airport hotel, the location is good! Just a few bus stops outside the airport's main terminal 2 and 3. Not that many choices of restaurants in that area! The airplane engine noise is high because this hotel is at the end of the runway! "

"We were disappointed with our stay unfortunately. We arrived at reception and waited about 15 minutes to be checked in whilst staff allowed other guests to cut the queue with no acknowledgement of the guests waiting patiently. On entrance to our room a strong smell of cigarette smoke hit us. I called down to reception to report it but no one answered. We’d had a very long journey so persevered and opened the window to try and disperse the smell. We reported it to reception just to be told that they’d asked security to investigate… no apology. "

"The hotel is ideal for anyone arriving or leaving from London Heathrow Terminal 4. There is a covered walkway that connects the hotel to Terminal 4. Look for the hotel signs in the airport. The walkway is accessed from the second floor of the hotel."
