I got lost, but the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly patient and provided me with excellent directions back to the hotel. The young woman at the reception was very polite and welcoming. The same goes for the lady in the restaurant... they all had great people skills and are sure to create repeat customers! That's in a nutshell! Great accommodation experience, indeed!"
