"Very clean, wonderful staff. We stayed on the 1st floor, facing Heathrow Airport, yet did not hear any noise from the jets or traffic. I would definitely recommend prepaying for the breakfast buffet when selecting your room. The buffet was huge, with a large selection of hot and cold food as well as espresso machines."

"Check in was good. I asked for a low room and was given one. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a snack of paninis which were good. The room was small and appeared clean and tidy but there were areas eg next to the bed, staining on the walls , that needed more attention. The bed sheet nowhere near fitted, about 8 or so inches short. There were snacks in a machine which we didn't use..£3 for a small Aero? All in all, a good cheap place to stay, convenient to Heathrow airport"

"Unfortunately my stay was ruined by the guests in the next room who returned presumably the worst for drink. They proceeded to shout at the top of their voices, talk in very large voices & then kept me up for the remainder of the night with persistent noises of all descriptions. Not the hotels fault I recognise."
