"Our stay at the Grande Centerpoint was excellent. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful, and friendly, and assisted with everything from stocking our room when needed, transportation, and general information about the area. The location is convenient to several of Bangkok main attractions, however, a taxi ride or tuk tuk is needed the majority of the time to get to many areas. "

"Breakfast was really good. A full array of menu selections. A good egg cook. Multiple coffee stations. Housekeeping was punctual and efficient. Front desk was helpful and informative also efficient. Doormen were very accommodating. I only have two minor complaints. 1- hot water didn’t work all the time 10-15% of the time. 2- jacuzzi at the pool was actually colder than the pool. Minor inconveniences I will be back and I would recommend this establishment "
