Very nice clean room. Staff maintained it well. I did have a very annoying issue with the AC which never stopped running as there was something off with the thermostat as it showed room temp as 78C when it was 24C so it kept constantly cooling the room making it colder. However the tech moved the blades around which helped but they should fix it. The view was terrific and the room was adequate and good for 3 as they gave an extra bed. It didn’t have a microwave sadly but it was fine as we managed. The beds were done well and restrooms cleaned daily well. The coffee shop downstairs had great orange juice but it’s a tad expensive side. 25degrees, the restaurant, was good. I ordered Margherita Pizza for room service and it was really made well. Very American style so it was great. Most places are walkable including Lumpini Park, Mahanakhon, Train Stations, Food places, Shopping, there was a popular Indian temple close by and more. Definitely recommend people stay here as it’s trendy and had many Americans. Swim pool and gym are quite small so gets busy during day. Overall really great place

Zimmer waren sauber. Der Einzelsessel war schmuddelig. Zu den Geschäften muss man ein wenig gehen. Der Pool war sehr schön und nicht überlaufen. Besonders schön ist die Rooftopbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Le personnage est vraiment gentil et agréable. Seulement j’ai été déçu par la chambre déjà je n’ai pas eu le bon endroit de la chambre que j’ai payé, mais j’étais trop fatigué pour aller le dire à la réception et qu’il me met du bon côté pour lequel j’avais payé je restais seulement deux jours donc je ne trouvais pas ça dramatique, mais j’étais quand même un peu déçu la vue était quand même belle malgré tout. Ce qui m’a surpris surtout c’est que pour un 5 étoile, je trouve que c’était pas super propre. Peut-être que ce n’était pas vraiment sale, mais il y avait des taches. Mais j’ai parlé à quelqu’un d’autre qui était dans l’hôtel et il disait que c’était le meilleur hôtel et qu’il y allait souvent. J’ai peut-être seulement été mal chanceuse.

Der var lidt rod med vores opgradering, først fik vi en mail med det var godkendt, så dagen før indtjekning var vores værelse med opgradering ikke ledigt så vi vidste ikke før vi ankom hvad vi ville få. Udover det oplevede vi store kakerlakker ved dame toilettet ved poolen. Det kan ske i de lande med tropisk klima. Personalet var søde, imødekomne og morgenmaden var god. Pænt værelse og rengøring var i orden.

This hotel is quiet, but only in the room. This hotel needs more staff to maintain good condition. The key machine was not working during check-in. The staff asked me to wait but didn't know the actual time and suggested I come back later to check. OK. I am here for vacation, right? And I will not accept staff escorting me to open my room door when I come back. The toilet water overflowed. I fixed it myself the first night and no one noticed when cleaning the room. I don't know how to rate this...
