"The staff was very nice. The rooms were also very nice. Most of the food was very good. There were a lot of options of where to hang out. They did a great job of cleaning the beach every morning. We stayed in a swim out room facing the pool and it was great. Only real complaint is the pools are not heated and were quite cold."

"Staff is already ready with a “yes”. Food choices are all wonderful. Having the golf cart lets you fully explore the property. Kids club includes activities and they are very nice. "Staff were all very helpful, happy, and knowledgeable. Very clean facilities and our swim up pool is something I will miss a lot. The La Pearla bar in the adults only section was amazing and our bartenders (Domingo and Jhoanny) were the absolute best. Beautiful property and beach. All of the À la carte restaurants exceeded my expectations on all levels. Pro tip for others would be to get to the beach between 6-8 am in order to secure a spot. We will surely come back in the future. "

"Beautiful, fun place to stay for our family vacation with our adult kids. This hotel surpassed my expectations. It was clean and smelled amazing everywhere you went. Rooms were gorgeous & comfortable. Ocean was a beautiful temperature & seaweed free, at least at this time of year (Feb). Pools were clean & beautiful, but could be a bit warmer, for my liking. They had more activities & fun things to do than I expected! Only thing missing that we would have liked was tennis or pickleball...
