"Stacy and Rocio from the pool service was fenomenol, Randy and Natanael from the grill and agave restaurants were great as a customer service. Food was not great need more simple things as al salad bar, regular meat too. Besides the food hotel clelan and the service was great. "

"TRS was amazing, definitely recommend, food was great and staff is super friendly. Beach was clean. Service was 10/10, only downside which is not the in property control or their fault is that the hotel is catered more to an older crowd not sure exactly why lmao but def lots of og’s there…. "
