"When you arrive in the hotel shuttle bus, you are greeted with an overwhelming hotel lobby with it's pretty center fountain and breathtaking inside roof. The check in around 1pm was pretty straight forward considering it is the national holiday and everyone in HK and China are travelling. The bedroom was generous in size and everything was up to the standard for this 5 star hotel although I found the carpet might need changing. There are plenty of shops to help pass time and the casino is...

"Hotel location is good. Shuttle bus provided to border, just adhere to their schedule. Walking distance to explore street food. We enjoy the staying there. The only thing is pillow provided both is too soft and flat when sleep on it. If can provide one soft and one harder, it will be better. Customer can choose. The bed if can apply one more layer of topper, will make it perfectly soft annd sturdy. After all this hotel is age but it still maintain in tip top condition. "

"Staff members stood behind the counter(s) appeared more like immigration officers (stern, reactive) than hospitable frontliners. Specks of stain on the headboard, aged watermarks on the shower screen, black marks at the edge of basin, in-room safe did not work, room smelled of cigarette despite a non-smoking floor. Ken at the executive club lounge and Richard at the coffee stood out as warm and genuine."

"A great hotel, very convenient to walk to everywhere on the Cotai strip; however, not overcrowded like the Venetian. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room controls (lights/sounds/blinds) are controlled by tablets, took a bit to get used to, but ok. Will definitely comeback. "

"I had a wonderful stay at The Londoner Macao. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, but what really stood out to me was the experience at The Residence. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and every dish was prepared with great care. The service was equally impressive – the staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. It truly made my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend The Londoner to anyone visiting Macao."

"很喜歡房間寬敞明亮，樓底高，環境潔淨。有多款免費飲品及食物提供，且有職員親自送上歡迎小食，味道還不錯👍很貼心。櫃枱及設施職員有禮貌，就連清潔房間的職員也是👍⋯⋯惟一本人認為美中不足的是枕頭並不好用，愈睡愈平，沒有回彈力。另外，洗手間很大，但半夜要上廁所格時，一按燈就只有一個燈掣開啟所有浴室範圍，即時半間房光亮至睡床那邊"
