"Kerime at family selection was an excellent help during our stay. All of the staff was gracious and helpful. We had to stay an extra night because of our flight cancellations and the staff helped us stay in the same room to optimize our comfort! The food was delicious at Isla Blanca and all the restaurants. The pools were clean and there were plenty of chairs to relax on. The beach was clean, little to no seagrassum. Would come back here with my family!"

"The rooms were really clean no complaints very hardworking staff. However, some nights we never received our room service we had to call or go to the lobby and it would take 2 hours. Our friends also got their airpods stolen by their housekeeper, like I said no complaints for my room but unfortunately be careful. All food was good but Italian gave me a stomach ache"

Zama was ok, the steakhouse wasn’t good, and we actually enjoyed the room service food better than the restaurants. Those were the only two restaurants we ate at. We would definitely come back again and stay there. Beautiful place."

The drinks were fantastic, with premium options and expertly made cocktails. The facilities were beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, first-class vacation. 10/10!"

"TRS Coral was an amazing property. The rooms were very clean, as well and the entire complex. All the staff members we interacted with were top notch always accommodating and helpful. Yurenni, our butler was fantastic! Any and every thing we needed she was right there to help. She was so informative about what was going on around the resort during the day and night. We couldn’t have been happier. I would definitely recommend this resort and we hope to visit again!"

"The resort was fantastic, and the food was excellent. However, our biggest disappointment was the room service. I’m not sure if our room was assigned to a new, inexperienced staff member, but they missed daily service twice. They never replaced the coffee capsules or snacks, and they never did a thorough cleaning including sinks. We won’t be returning to the resort only because of a bad room service."
