"The property is beautiful, and has spacious pools. It is clean with lots of food options. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property is big so be prepared to walk or wait for the shuttle. I went during seaweed season so the beach had many seaweed, although the staff did work very hard in cleaning it up. We spent our time at the pool instead. The staff are also friendly. We had no complaints about our stay. We will be returning in the future. "

"This resort was beautiful. But the rooms needed serious upgrades. Very outdated. We chose the adult only side because I’m a teacher and this was my end of summer trip and I didn’t want to be around children lol. However, the family side was MUCH better. It was nothing to do on the adults only side. But a short train ride or golf cart will take you over to the family side. I would definitely return, I would just stay on the family side next time. "

"The resort was nice to stay at! They had shows every night which my family had enjoyed, food was all right wish they had more options for Muslims. Only problem we had was we had bed bugs in our room but they switched our room right away! "

"Overall, my experience was spectacular. I want to give special thanks to my concierge Adonis Sanchez, who made my stay so much easier. He took care of booking our restaurant reservations, arranging our two rooms close together so my family could be nearby, and he checked in on us every single day. All the staff were super friendly and always willing to help. The housekeeping ladies did an excellent job, cleaning our rooms daily and changing the towels (I stayed in building 11).
