"We came as a family, myself and 4 daughters for a pre wedding spa break. The rooms dl were very well appointed in the modern section of the hotel. We found the restaurant facilities to be of a high standard and the food was very good. It would have been nice to have waiter service for drinks when in the bar instead of having to queue at the bar but the cocktails were very good anyway so that made up for having to queue. "All hotel staff were polite, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room and the majority of the hotel and its facilities were spotlessly clean. The hotel food was excellent. The breakfast was quite expensive considering it was not included, but there was a wide choice of options for every dietary requirement. "We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Bicester for a weekend as we were attending a wedding nearby. The staff were all very friendly, from reception to the breakfast room and the lovely ladies cleaning the rooms. Everybody had a friendly smile and were very helpful and professional. The room itself was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast on offer was also very good in my opinion and there was a constant refilling of everything. We would not hesitate to stay again. Well done...
