"Great location. Rooms were spacious and guest kitchen was useful. There were no actual staff to help troubleshoot. Relies on virtual assistants. Unfortunately with all the granite and narrow alleys in Porto, phone reception isn’t great so that’s an issue. WiFi available once you manage to get in the building but that wasn’t great either and had weak security. I would prefer a human host."

"The location is perfect… easy walking distance to most sites and to public transportation. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend getting an apartment with the balcony… having French doors and an outdoor space overlooking the beautiful street is worth the upgrade. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!"
