"Very dirty room. Stained sheets, sofa and chairs. Tap not working properly. Light bulbs not working. Dirty kitchen cupboards. Scuffed walls and marks everywhere. Was given the wrong door code and spent the first 30 minutes on the stairs waiting for my stay to send the correct code. Outside area was dirty and in very poor state of repair. Decking all broken and uneven. Would not recommend my stay or use again. "

"Nice, modern accommodation in a good location - but communication could be improved. The accommodation is clean, well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, TV etc.) and quietly located, only about 20 minutes walk to the centre. Check-in is done via WhatsApp and email, which basically works. However, there is no personal contact and there is often no clear answer to queries (e.g. rubbish disposal, replacement of bed linen, existing defects). More transparency and accessibility would be important,...

"You can not find a better place. The place had everything you needed amd location to grocery store was close by. The bed was very comfortable and air conditioner was quiet and kept place cool. I would highly recommended staying here. "
