"Very clean, great location and our suite had a small view of the Duoro River. Although advertised as soundproof rooms, you can still hear guests when they are in the hallway by the elevator. We still enjoyed our stay! "

"- The appartment is clean and well designed, you fell right at home. - It is situated in a perfect location, very close to the train station, the Cathedral and the river, but it is still really quiet. - I took the breakfast option and breakfast was both generous and good. - The host was nice and helpful."

"The worst location ever. In a hole. Tons of stairs to get in or out of the property. Dark at night. Host mess up card on first day. A total mess up. No way they should be on Expedia or orher company. My knees still hurt. "

"Our family vacation was great. The hotel is centrally located close to all of the major landmarks and delicious eateries. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of foods. We took advantage of the spa and was suppose to receive a 20% discount, but it didn’t happen even after mentioning it to 2 staff members. Still waiting for a response for a spa refund."
