"Clean and inviting lobby and bar area. Staff was so nice and helpful and welcoming. Very dog friendly. Rooms were clean and nice, bike rental was free and easy. Location was right in the middle of State Street, close to everything. Perfect little hotel and stay."

"Staff was non-existent. Had an issue with the room. Front desk took 30 minutes to respond. He was asleep. Finally maintenance arrived to fix an issue . They claimed it has “happened in the past” yet they haven’t resolved it? This place is trash for the amount you have to pay. Finally, the manager Delfina is only available by “email”. Yet, the manger is incapable of fixing a reoccurring problem."

"Clean room, but room microwave and hairdryer need to be replaced. Especially the hairdryer. It was dirty and sticky that I can't ev6use it. The microwave work, but the glass plate inside keep derailed. Nice location, but be warned this place charges for many things extra like parking and breakfast. Pay parking doesn't guarantee safety from damage or thief."
