"Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."

We were told we had to inform them of arriving after 8pm but this was not mentioned in our Hotels.com reservation. "We were not sure about staying at Jufa because it was out of the way, however, it's location is what made us love our stay even more. This is one beautiful, scenic and peaceful hotel.
