"Very poorly managed. The washing machine was broken for most of our stay and we had to carry our laundry to a laundromat to get it done. I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived. "My hotel room and the rooftop infinity pool were both lovely, amongst the best I've ever encountered. The lobby shop is helpful for last-minute snacks. However, the concierge staff were clearly bored and it showed in their lack of customer service. They don't warn you in advance that they charge to store your bags. Also, the elevators are in such high demand that they have to post signs warning you that trying to access them between certain hours could result in a half-hour wait."
