"Do not rely on this hotels airport shuttle. They specifically booked me a time for myself and my family including my 2 small children and 2 elderly parents. Clearly they had overbooked the shuttle and we were left faced with the decision to leave my elderly parents or us and our small kids back as they "did not have room for us." We had to scramble and get an Uber at 4 in the morning, after the shuttle was 15 minutes late, and barely made our flight "

"Very disappointed with my stay at Clarion Inn Orlando. The cleanliness was unacceptable. There were roaches everywhere, and the room was clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The floors, bathroom, and overall condition felt dirty and poorly maintained. It was very uncomfortable staying in a place with such low hygiene standards. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made to cleanliness and pest control. and very poor breakfast"
