"The front desk and cleaning staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel was under construction and the room was outdated and needed new carpet as it was dusty and stained. Our balcony had old rusty chairs, but the ocean view from our 7th floor room was nice. The bed was also comfortable. I would not choose this hotel again."

"The front desk agent that checked me and my family in was very hospitable and professional. From the moment we walked in she had the biggest smile and welcomed us. She was very attentive, gave recommendations for local food etc. The room itself is very outdated, smells like mold and the doors are full of dirty finger prints. When checking out the elevator landing on our floor was covered with blood along with the inside of the elevator. Will definitely ever stay here again. That front desk agent...
