"Hotel was right next to train for airport and metro for city attractions. Handy supermarket and some lovely bars / restaurants and bakeries for breakfast.
Coffee in hotel was lovely and staff all very helpful. We will return here for sure

"We had a Wonderful stay at Ibis Amsterdam Centre. Great location -- city center, next to the Train Station, where we arrived via train from the Airport. After our stay in Amsterdam, we took a train to Brussels. We enjoyed our clean room and bathroom, and comfortable bed. And the breakfast was Super with a nice variety of all things -- breakfast! The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we entered the door. Great stay, again! We look forward to returning. "
"I could not fault this hotel, the location was excellent, room was lovely and clean, we were given a free room upgrade, it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable so got a good nights sleep. We landed early in Amsterdam, we went straight to the hotel with the intention of leaving our cases but the room was actually ready so we were able to check in several hours early, we were also able to get a late check out as my boyfriend needed a quiet area to do a job interview on teams! The staff were all friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating, they had also provided us with sweets in the room for my boyfriend’s birthday. This is possibly the best hotel stay I’ve had and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! "
"The Grand Hotel Amrâth is an incredible historic hotel. It is very centrally located near Central train station. My room on the 3rd floor had high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the canal. Absolutely gorgeous! They have many original museum pieces from when they were a shipping house in the early 1900’s. I truly enjoyed my stay. I would say my only complaint would be that they did not have a ramp to bring luggage up the front stairs. The bellman does help if he is waiting in front but if not, pretty challenging. Have some great videos of my room but unfortunately won’t upload on the site "
