"Booked 2 superior rooms for 3 pax under same reservation reference no. but given only 1 room upon check-in. After further check with the reception, the rooms were upgraded to 4 pax capacity without extra charge. Room TVs are not functioning. Not given aircon remote control, unable to adjust the temperature. Rooms too cold at night due to wet weather. Anyway, the rooms and washrooms are very spacious and clean. "Nice hotel on north coast of Penang. The pool was great. Quite far from George Town but only 20-25 minutes by bus. Bus stop was outside hotel. The hotel was a long way from the airport, so I recommend using the Grab app to get to the hotel. We also used Grab to get to Penang Hill and Kek Lok Si temple. The room was really nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. "
