"Staff members were most friendly and offered advice on where to go. The hotel has its own convenience store inside and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. There was a short cut from the main entrance to the Pavilion mall over the bridge and an easy 5min walking distance to the towers. Overall very happy with the facility and location. "

"The resort is the only one of its kind in the main tourist area in Langkawi. It has multiple restaurants/ bars and 2 pools. The second pool had just been refurbished and was slick and modern, the larger pool area was more dated but was clean and really pleasant to cool off in. Food at breakfast was good and we enjoyed the lunch there too. The service was a solid 4 star but close to 5.
