"Lovely place to relax, super food and super attentive and friendly staff nothing too much trouble The rooms are lovely, they are literally up in the rainforest so there are steps to climb but you only need to ask a staff member and they will take you up in the car. The hotel has a farm inland and do a visit with the hotel chef to look around and prepare a meal, well worth it! "

"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"First off, the beach and the surrounding area is stunning. Gorgeous beach and bath warm sea. The gardens of the hotel are equally beautiful and very tropical with lily ponds and amazing plants. The pizzas from the pub bar are really good. Sadly all the restaurants are still using plastic straws. Our room was really disappointing. The sofa was broken at the bottom and needed a good clean. The beds were poorly made up with the valences not fitted and hanging off as our stay progressed. There...

"Great chalet style property with excellent facilities. Would recommend that the Spa focused on appointing more trained staff in specalised services. The restaurants were great! The buggy service was also good. Staff were very friendly."

"Everything was perfect. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Their facilities were great and they have various activities that kept us company during the trip, we truly enjoy the sunset and sunrise yoga session with ChaCha. We had awesome time celebrating my birthday here and definitely will be back in the future :) "

"The resort is vast and a complimentary shuttle bus service is needed between locations. The facilities and staff are first class. I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay in a Rainforest chalet. I saw lots of native wildlife whilst there. I would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Langkawi."
