"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Location is very central, close to shops and restaurants. Shopping malls are at walking distance. Good for family with kids. We took double bedroom and it suited us well. Staffs are welcoming and very helpful. "

"I book Signature bedroom view is amazing. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning is good. The view from the pool when sunset is very panoramic. Location is near to Abdullah Hukum LRT and KTM make our tour easy to go other attractions in kl. Also walkable to Midvalley and kl eco city. The property its self have breakfast serviced that can send to our room at the morning. Everything was good here.😍"

They are so helpful and extend the extra miles to even check for us luggage storage at the airport and at Queensbay Mall"

The area is situated near Bukit Bintang, and is close to anything you would want whether it’s food options or shopping. I will definitely book here again when I come back to KL next year. "The hotel was very quiet and clean. Lovely pool Not that much around in terms of shops and things to see. We stayed due to Legoland but had an extra day and not much to see. The restaurants close by were good and nice atmosphere on the water. Pity some old developments opposite that really make the place look a little gloomy otherwise would be great view. Rooms were comfortable and clean and very spacious, huge living area. "

"Hotel was very good. Its only improvement should be the downstairs waiting area. It should be bigger, preparing for the rise of e-hailing Grab/Uber cars. "

"Overall location was good. The room itself was spacious and had plenty of amenities such as the washer and dryer. Only issue was the shower area - water didn't drain properly and the sealing probably needed to be redone as the sides were leaking after a shower."
