Iberostar Grand Paraíso - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"You will not find anywhere better than what you will have it at the Grand. Luis, Mauro, Alexander, Ruben, and Antonio were our Butlers. Amazing. Christian was our server every day at the buffet and remembered our preferences and had them without asking. Armando who barbecued at the pool every day was such a good guy and was such a nice treat at the pool. Jorge was great at the front and helped with transportation anywhere we needed. Aunice, the manger of La Breza was great as well. Was at the resort for 8 days and not one single issue with anyone on staff. So many hidden little gems on this property that it is somewhere we are already planning our return! Thanks for setting the bar so high and cant wait to see our second family again! Anyone complaining about this staff or this place are just complainers and looking for something free in my opinion. "
