"The staff were great, esp valet! Everyone was friendly, helpful & kind. We stayed on the 13th floor below the rooftop pool & it was so quiet in our room. Loved the view. The rooftop pool was great, including the bar, even though we did bring a toddler to the pool & no one said anything that’s clearly not the vibe. The cafe downstairs had an amazing ‘spicy chai’ tea with pistachio milk. I loved it. Overall this was somewhere I’d stay again. "

"I have to start with the scent, it’s in fact very captivating that i purchased some deodorizer to bring home. The staff was very welcoming and my server at the diner was very nice! I was truly not impressed with the room, the bed was literally on the ground and with a weird step that made it hard to get out of the bed. I may go back to their bar and maybe go back to purchase more of their amazing scent! "

"When I travel to Glendale for work or events I spend very little time in a hotel. Sleep and grooming are the most important factors for me. Their beds are awesome, I rarely hear noise from other guests, and the bathrooms are functional with ample hot water. Yes, the hotel is older, but they are doing slow and steady to update it over time. For the price per night it can't be beat, unless you want a gym, continental breakfast, and a lobby with a vibe."

"Beautiful new hotel, I got a great price on Expedia so it was worth it and then some. Lots of amenities and killer views from their 38th floor lobby / restaurant. Only slightly annoying thing is they charge a $30 resort fee but do give you $30 food and beverage credit which I used for breakfast. All in all, one of the best hotels in DTLA."
