Room are dated but for what we paid in total we can’t complain. Staff of reception are lovely and the location is a few minute walk from tube. I like Kensington as it’s not too busy but you still have easy access to the more central areas. I would highly recommend a meal...

"Fantastic hotel. My daughter and I stayed one night and had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, the reception area was lovely and a great place for breakfast (which was delicious and free for my daughter as she is 8 years old). The room itself was spotless, comfortable and very quiet. We stayed in a room in floor one at the back. The shower was great and the use of the Ipad to control everything entertained my daughter! My only suggestion for improvement would be tea...

"The hotel is nice, but hallway smells dour to humidity. The hotel is not very flexible when I asked for late checkout. I asked for 11/2 hours, but they only allowed an hour. Rule is important, but flexibility is as important. It is the last impression the guests get."
