"Property nice, rooms nice, entertainment needed work, some nights the entertainment was boring. Towels in room should be repleced, they looked like they had been washed a thousand times. Maids who made up the room work was inconsistent. Sometimes they did a good job and sometimes they didn't. Sometimes they didn't leave enough towels."

"The first night they had me in a room with a broken ac. They moved me to a bigger room with a way better view and closer to main areas. In the new room The shower door didn’t close so I had to hold it with my foot otherwise I really did have a great time there. Staff was great and the facility was very clean. I got two massages while there and that was really great too. You can also book excursions through the hotel however make sure you ask about drop off location because some of the excursions...

The bar service, food service, buffet and breakfast was very good for the price, I had multiple options, many healthy options, and lots of variety as each day is a different focus of cuisine. The sushi bar at Umami which is included with the all inclusive was excellent. I loved the wristbands serving as your key and to prove what plan you’re on. All the staff was amazing, except one front desk lady named alejandra who was very passive...
