"When we first booked this property and were looking at the map we felt it was further away from most other options. After walking Venice for 3 days we realized what a perfect location this was. It’s easy to walk to the busy areas, but at night this hotel was in a quiet area. We got the corner room and opened up the windows in the morning. It was so appealing. Front desk staff were amazing. Polite, funny knowledgeable. We are on a 24 day cross Italy tour with 8 hotels and this property is so far...

"Palazzetto My Venice is a beautiful hotel. It is in a quaint area but yet a short walk to St Marks Square, a water bus terminal and the stunning winding streets of Venice. The staff cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble, and they are really friendly. Our room was perfect and breakfast is amazing. I did not find a fault with this hotel, the staff made it a wonderful experience for us and we will definitely return one day. "

"Everything was so easy and wonderful at this hotel. Venice has such a wonderful community feel. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s in a great location. Easy to get to and such a safe, vibrant area while calm and serene at night. "

"The hotel was great. The front desk staff and the breakfast lady were super nice and polite. Tried to talk to the owner for a confusion about the reservation but he made me wait for about 10 minutes and did not meet with me. Apart from the owner, the staff was amazing, location was good and the room was great for 4 people. "
