"We stayed in the newer part of the hotel. No view but it was a nice room and the staff was absolutely wonderful. It was walking distance from the train and we hired a porter to carry all our luggage (on a cart),, over the many bridges. They served a tea that was quite nice and they had an outdoor area with tables and chairs. Definitely would stay here again. Clean and comfortable."

Alberto the reception manager was competent and entertaining at the same time as he introduced the various places to go in Venice, as well as answering whatever queries we have for him over the 2 days. Eldr the lady at the breakfast place was also warm and meticuolous in her work, keeping tabs on details and preferences such as how we want our daily coffee done and always keeping an eye to ensure we enjoyed our meals. "The apartment was amazing. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 and all of the space was nice! The apartment was nicely updated with modern amenities and also can stocked with drink and snacks. Our only negative was that the bathtub was dirty but otherwise the rest of the apartment was very clean. "

"We loved this hotel, we chose it due to its close proximity to the train station. We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing free breakfast that they offer. The staff was so sweet and friendly. They don’t have an elevator so that’s a challenge, but they will help you with your luggage and we asked for a porter to help us with our luggage to the train station on the day we left and that was so helpful. Local restaurants are amazing too. "
