You are close to the train station and access to the airport. However, walking to St. Marks Square and the main tourist area is about 20-25 minutes. The space is great. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "
