"Pool, breakfast, room were great. Only issue was the same that others have mentioned for what seems like a little while. Only 1 working elevator and that one was extremely slow. Other than that, the stay went flawless and staff was great."

Only to find the hotel air set at 61 degrees! It took a while to be comfortable but was eventually able to get some sleep. I have to say that the place was very clean, which was refreshing. "

"Room on the 5th floor wasn’t great (smell+). Dinner in the bar wasn’t great. Breakfast was fine. Arranged shuttle transportation to the airport. Pickup was 45 mins. Late. Wasn’t advised that there would be a $10 charge for each person +tip. Made other arrangements the following week. "

"Pool and hot tub were great. The guy that checked us in was also great! We ending up finding a really big cockroach in our room, the lady at the desk was no help and when we went downstairs she was kind of rude and tried to move us to the next room over. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. Even had to contact hotels.com to get a refund for the last night."

"Great place to stay. Little pros and cons on both ends. For example, there is a train that passes often but the host provided earbuds to help if that’s something you use. For the most part, it was a great stay and we enjoy it all. I was upset because I needed to buy my own toilet paper, but I’ll live."
