To start, the photos of the hotel are deceiving. It is set up like a motel, where all of the doors are outside. We booked the Deluxe Mini Suite to accommodate our party of 5 since in comes with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa with room to move around. My dad is in a wheelchair, so the room we originally booked was also wheelchair accessible. We arrived at the hotel late because of a delayed flight at 3 AM. The door to our room was stuck shut and the only other room available was a premium two queen room. This room did not have a pullout sofa, because of this, we had to have two Roll out beds brought in. There was no room to even walk around or get to the bathroom or front door because of the rollouts. My dad had to park his wheelchair in the bathroom and stay in bed the entire time. Although the room was renovated, it was very small and the door had a huge gap in it so we could hear every sound coming from the hallway along with the light shining in from outside our door. Also, the a/c unit was leaking water so there was a puddle under it. The front desk insisted that this room was an upgrade, but it did not feel that way since we couldn’t even move inside the room and we had to have adults sleeping on cots. Plus, I could see online that the room we had originally reserved was clearly more expensive. Despite the inconvenience, they insisted all they could do was remove the $20 in resort fees. I would honestly never stay here again. No regard for customer service.
