I had a great time during my stay! The place was very clean, felt super safe, and I really enjoyed having access to the kitchen, it made my trip so much easier. Definitely planning to stay here again next time :)

Chekcing in was hectic finding the building number because they did not specify that the building numbers are different from the address numbers, but other than that, i had a good stay. Clean property and easy commute.

Never Again

We had a very disappointing stay due to multiple unresolved issues. We were locked out for nearly two hours on arrival due to a faulty keypad. The unit was dirty. There was hair in the shower, stained bedding, dusty floors, and leftover debris on the couch. We also found a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Despite repeated requests, proper cleaning and maintenance were never completed. The balcony door wouldn’t lock, the keypad failed again mid-stay, and the smoke detector battery was never replaced. Communication with management was poor throughout. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. The property offered a laughable $270 refund.

I read lots of reviews on this place before booking and took the bad reviews with a grain of salt because everyone has different standards. However, Ionce there I found the bad reviews to be accurate. The shower doesn't drain well so you stand in your own water, the unit was not very clean even after we had to wait an additional 2 hours to get in due to it being "cleaned". There was one towel in the kitchen and the bedding was a little dirty. Very few plates or cooking pans. The sliding door was open and we were on the first floor and the window was open as well so it was 80 degrees in the unit with the air turned off when we arrived. It took a while to cool the unit off. The bed was uncomfy and any time you move on the bed it creaks very loud so it's hard to sleep unless you sleep absolutely still. Overall it gave us shelter and we were able to bake some food in the oven. They were very communicative when we were delayed for check in due to their cleaning and did give us a gift card to use to eat while we waited, but since the reason for a 2hr delay was to clean our unit, it should have actually been clean. The floors were dirty as well as the walls and bathroom shower and floors.

Nous avons réserver là car c’est un appartement complet avec cuisine à environ 15 min des plages populaire de fort lauderdale. Les installations sont bien et moderne mais l’entretien et le ménage est médiocre ce n’était pas propre les serviettes et drap tachés mal lavé linge de cuisine sale pas changé entre les réservation tache mur et armoire. Sois la personne avant moi avait été très sale et sa été difficile de tout nettoyer sois le personnel du ménage fait le minimum et de son pas surveillé! Car sincèrement les taches que j’ai vu sur chaises sofa étaient évidente et facile à nettoyer…je ne rechoisirait pas cette endroit . Je suis rester et ne me suis pas plaint car nous étions fatigué et l’emplacement nous convenais. Mais j’ai du prendre quelque minute pour mettre plus propre. L’odeur dans l’appartement aussi, le bain bouché quand tu prend un douche le bain se rempli… les corridor extérieur entre appartement était sale et peu invitant j’ai du passer le balais pour enlever des déchet au sol que personne ramasse. Un bon produit mais manque de détails sur la qualité et service offert pour avoir 5 étoile Suggestion: ajouter des cintres dans le géant walk-in pas mal pratique et il n’y en avais pas Papier toilette revoir quantité fournit selon la durée des séjour et nombre de personne présente ( 3 rouleaux pour 4 personne 6 jours très peu) Ajouter un diffuseur pour odeur Ajouter un set de drap complet pour le sofa lit ( nous avions 1 drap plat et 1 couverture sale)
