"You asked me about check in experience and it was great, they had a wheelchair for my wife after surgery in the nearby medical center. BUT, in the morning the panoramic huge window curtain wouldn’t stay open….no panoramic premium paid for view was available! When checking out, the desk man hardly looked up when told about the problem. No reply, I was surprised…told him maybe they should reduce our room rate."

Valet was efficient and careful, check-in was easy and the concierge kindly granted my request for a quiet room away from traffic and noise. Room was clean, so nice, and EVERYTHING WORKED (a rarity these days). Terrace 54 Restaurant has a beautiful view and the weather was perfect. Couldn't have been more pleased with my stay. "We were in town for a week long visit at MD Anderson. Got into town earlier than expected and was able to get checked in early. Front desk was friendly, breakfast is good. Rooms are a good size in that they have a small living room with a tv. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips to MD."
