"Great to use for events at NRG stadium"

"For what I needed, which was a single night stay within walking distance of NRG Stadium, it worked out nicely. The room was in better condition than other places in Houston where I had stayed in recent months. The bathroom was in good condition and the cable TV actually worked. There's a gas station/corner store next to the hotel and a Kroger within less than a five minute walk from the hotel. If you don't mind lodging without the bells, whistles and upscale amenities which can offer a pleasant experience, this is a hotel worth looking into. I would definitely return in the future."

"There could been a better selection for breakfast! The FRONT DESK assistant manager or manager the guy is HORRIBLE and has absolutely no customer service. Chelsea was great. You request for them to clean your room but good luck if they even do it. Outdoor pool area is beautiful should utilize the bar that they have out there more. "

"The location is great if you’re going to an event at NRG. The room was outdated. The ceiling had tiles like an old school building and the dresser had holes like maybe a TV had been mounted to it. If they invested in updating the decor and made some improvements it’d be great."

"Property not as described or pictured. The building wasn’t secure because the door was broken. Water was brown and discolored we had to check out pay a nights rate plus taxes and fees. The hotel is in a sketchy area and shares a parking lot with an apartment complex. The patio doors were run down patios very dirty lots of flies and bugs all over. Immediately upon arrival we had to be transferred to another room which wasn’t even better than the first one. It was neater and didn’t have crumbs on the floor and feces on the balcony. We will never return here and after asking around we found out that everyone avoids that hotel. "

"Victoria at the front desk was super helpful and friendly!"

"The only thing lacking was discretion of the front desk staff. We overheard way too much of a conversation between the desk associate and a guest than we should have. If I had been that guest I would’ve been humiliated. Other than that it was a 10/10 stay."
