"This hotel was beautiful and in a safe location. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not have the best experience checking in as the front desk member showed frustration for me being early to my reservation. We cannot always control flight arrivals… she scorned me after I jokingly mentioned I’m a little early saying “A little early? We’re still handling check outs.” After a long morning of travel, I was turned off by her unwelcoming attitude. The manager onsite was able to assist...

"The property is ok but very dated and deferred maintenance is visible especially outside. There is no self parking on property only valet And the cost is really high. The staff is very pleasant. I would go back if the price was right but would uber to and from appointments as it would be cheaper than the valet charge"

"La amabilidad del personal es muy buena. El servicio de los elevadores es muy bueno. Lo malo es el estado del cuarto y sobre todo el baño. Los WC son modelos de 1950 para personas de corta estatura y aunque han remodelado los baños, los WC son arcaicos. El personal de mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. No funcionaba la caja fuerte de mi cuarto cuando llegamos y lo reporté inmediatamente a las 8 PM. Me dijeron que mandarían a alguien y hasta las 10, nadie llegó. Puse el letrero de "no molestar"...

"Me encantó el trato de todos los empleados del hotel , sobre todo de Jenifer en el café y el de Alex en la entrada , el cuarto estaba muy limpio y muy cómodas las camas , me pusieron un refrigerador y un microondas tal como lo pedí."

"Room was not ready I upon arrival for 3 people as booked. Front desk said they would give an upgrade ( I had booked a junior suite) and they put me in a smaller room. I complained and moved rooms again. Troy who was the manager in charge was amazing and made sure all was set before he held including being able to order food which was not charged. Room first night was very noisy with an AC engine on all night with permanent noise. Windows are not sound proof. I had to move rooms next day. ...

"Air conditioner in poor working condition. Hot room and night. Bath tub faucet came off and I put it back together. I told the front desk at checkout and he was very rude. No apologies. All he said was “I’ll tell engineering “. I’m never coming back. At $300 a night I expect more. I should get a refund. 👎"
