"The bed was very comfortable. The hotel needs to address the following: The shower isn’t safe . There are no grab bars. The tv doesn’t work because it takes forever to “load” when you hit guide. Soooo slow! Needed another garbage can in the bathroom. No bag to stash our dirty clothes. No mouthwash. Very dark hallways that are hard to walk in. Lighting in the room was insufficient. The bread choices in the restaurant were boring and we had to ask for salt and pepper 2 times. Our omelette...

"Right in the center of the Medical District. Didn’t even have to go outside to get to my wife’s appointment. "

"It will be a stunning hotel.. eventually. It is still basically a construction site. Construction workers all over the place & construction dust everywhere. We got stuck in the elevator because they turned the electric off.. when we said something to the front desk, they said "oh, yeah the construction guys had to turn off the power for a little bit". If you're booking 6-8 months since this post, then I'm sure your stay will be beautiful. If it's before that, I would bring a hard hat."

"The only thing lacking was discretion of the front desk staff. We overheard way too much of a conversation between the desk associate and a guest than we should have. If I had been that guest I would’ve been humiliated. Other than that it was a 10/10 stay."

"The location was great. The hot water was not as hot as we would like. Was not aware the room was only cleaned on request. Was out all day and came “home” to an uncleaned room. They did offer to clean the room but it was late and we were tired and needed some rest. They did bring us some towels."

"The staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms and common areas are kept clean. Location is excellent with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Parking lot is well lit and was monitored by security while we were there. Overall a great budget friendly option."
