"We had a poor customer experience upon check in . We came in late night flight and when arrived no one was at the front desk with a sign the staff would “be right back”. Any number called rang unanswered at the front desk. I fell asleep on a bench in the lobby and awoken by my children..40 minutes had gone by. It was 2:00 am and we were sleeping in the lobby. "Great vibe, decor and location. Somewhat lacking on amenities - no in room desk, coffee machine, water bottles, etc. The queen rooms are also very small."

"The entire property was beautiful, the staff was amazing, the FOOD oh my goodness, it was incredible. I only wish the menu had just a bit more of a selection!! I would love to see what else they have to offer. I did notice some dusty areas of the room that look like they just often get overlooked, nothing out of control. "Great Staff. Breakfast area and breakfast options were great. Liked the layout of the room with the sitting area right as one entered the room. However, The desk in the room was not wiped down properly there was slight coffee cup stain that I wiped off myself with a wet paper towel. The bathtub didn’t drain properly when using the shower.
