"Just home from the most amazing five days here. The hotel is spotless and the staff all smiles,. My grandkids loved the warm swimming pool, the outdoor gym and the playground. The grounds are wonderful kept, full of mature trees, a war memorial and a pretty fountain. And that's before you get to the front of the hotel. The breakfasts blew us way, and our one evening meal was delicious. "

"Premium priced but still so cheap they won’t clean your room. This restaurant is also way over-priced.
In general it’s a curious urban dull-lit reception and bar area which will appeal to some. The surrounding area is not nice at all, don’t be misled by it being close to Notting Hill. I liked the pool although the gender neutral changing facilities is one trendy step too far for me. "

"We stayed here while seeing a concert at the Apollo and it was the perfect location for that! Very reasonably priced for London, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we got a triple room with 3 single beds which are quite hard to come by so that was ideal! The only downside is the road it’s on is very busy with constant traffic even through the night so it’s a little on the noisy side, I’d pack ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!"
