"Perfect & easy location to explore Cannes and the area. Well appointed apartment and very welcoming and helpful team. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Travelled with 3 teens who were able to enjoy some independence easily from this location and who loved the closeness of shops. "

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"My whole family and I were so delighted to stay in Reviera Eden Place. It was so nice, clean and Cozy. The location is near to everything. Shopping, supermarkets, beach. The parking is safe as well. Our 1 bedroom were upgraded to 2 bedrooms. Thanks to Cendric. 🙏 This place will be close to my heart. I highly recommend this place. "
