Walked from train station and felt very safe neighborhood. Room was small but very clean. Only complaint is that the noise was very loud. Lots of motorcycles, neighbors yelling out of windows etc. Might not have been too bad if I had had the window closed but I love fresh air so had it open all night.

Quality and Value stay

The service was amazing. The lady working the front desk went above and beyond to help in loaning me an international electric adapter. The customer provided water and coffee options were nice. Only a 10 min waking distance from old town and the beach. Great value. I recommend to all.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the railway station or Tramstops on both lines. Very courteous and polite reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Air con / heating controls very effective. Clean and modern rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Front desk attendants were very friendly! Frédéric and Dylan were helpful and patient while I practiced my french with them and they held our bags so we could explore after checkout. The rooms were very clean, modern and had nice size showers. The water bar with sparkling and fresh water as well as the all day cafe bar was a nice treat! The location was great - walking distance old town, shopping and close to the train for day trips.

The staff at the hotel were amazing!! They were so friendly and welcoming and so very helpful. They helped us with directions and advice on public transport and places to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they are a huge asset to this hotel - keep up the great work guys!! The hotel was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and pillows - it was everything we needed for our stay in Nice. Highly recommend :)

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful (I did not expect that to be honest). The place is nice, comfortable, clean and it has all I need. I did stay in a single room and found it strange to have just a single bed but the hotel was full at the time as well so there was no option to change. I did find it a bit pricy for a single bed but it was very comfortable either way :)
