"Boa localização. Quartos renovados. Recentemente o hotel passou por reforma. A Área em torno (proximo ao palacio real) também foi totalmente reformada e atualmente encontra-se um grande parque e calçadão de fácil acesso à cidade e aos pontos turísticos. O acesso é facil através do metrô Plaza de España. Inclusive há um elevador a partir da área recém construida do parque para a avenida e calçada onde está localizada o hotel. Recepção e funcionários cordiais. "

"A lovely brand new hotel, excellent facilities and a very friendly staff, about 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. Excellent comfortable rooms and ensuite. "Overall, this hotel was excellent. The room was unique and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sun set from the rooftop, a special amenity. Unfortunately, responsiveness from the staff was not quite as strong. We called both prior and after our stay to address some questions, and were told to email to receive a very fast reply. "Extremely great location, especially if you are walking with luggage from train station. Only 5 min. Staff was friendly and always someone at the desk 24 hours. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the AC didn't get as cool as we would have liked. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel. "

"Fantastic location. Perfect for exploring the centre of Barcelona on foot! I travelled with my daughter and we stayed 2 nights in a twin room with a balcony overlooking La Rambla. The room was clean and comfortable and a good size. Very comfortable twin beds. Nice bathroom with a bath and good shower. We had Breakfast included and it was a good selection, perfect to set you up for the day. Staff were all really friendly. Clean, comfortable hotel with all you need right in the heart of La Rambla....
